- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days and international orders take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Confirmation Email: You'll receive an email confirming your purchase. Please check the delivery address, as we can't change it after the order is placed. We'll process your order within 1-2 business days.
- Shipment Confirmation: We'll send you another email with the shipment date and tracking information. Shipping times are for reference only, and some delays may occur due to customs clearance.
- Lost or stolen item: We understand how frustrating it can be to await a package only to find out it has gone missing. Although this is beyond our control, our customer service team will work with you and the carrier office to investigate and resolve the issue.
